Phantom eyelid licker

My cat, Liberty, is driving me nuts. She keeps climbing up on my shoulder and trying to lick my left eyelid. Why? Silly old girl. The more I push her away, the more she persists. She's been at it for days. As much as I adore her, I do not want anyone who licks their own bum, putting their tongue anywhere near my face, much less my eyes. Help!
